Tim Cirisoli is a seasoned human resources professional with over 20 years of experience at Right Management, specializing in career management, performance management, organizational consulting, and change management. As a coach, he has guided executives through career transitions and developed innovative solutions to optimize individual and organizational potential. Tim has worked with high-level leaders across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and academia. His leadership roles at Right Management include Vice President of Global Human Resources and Training, where he launched diversity initiatives and developed affirmative action policies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Southern Connecticut State University and has served as a professor and guest speaker on leadership and management.

Tim Cirisoli has over 20 years of proven success facilitating individual and organizational achievement in transition, corporate needs and objectives with Right Management. He is an expert in areas such as Career Decision and Management, Performance Management, Organizational Change, Organizational Consulting, Training and Development, and individual and group assessments. Tim is a veteran to the human resources profession and works collaboratively to facilitate successful change management initiatives and provides organizational consulting in national and global corporations, as well as in academic environments.

As a Coach, Tim provides executive coaching and develops innovation solutions for optimizing individual and organizational potential. He has played key roles in coaching executives through career transitions and career management.

Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

Tim has worked in both the Field and Corporate office of Right Management. At Corporate, he served as Vice President of Global Human Resources and Training. While in that role Tim launched diversity program designated to foster a culture which recognizes differences. This resulted in the formation of diversity and recruitment committees and the development of a formal affirmative action policy and plan. Tim also held such positions as Director of Corporate Training and Vice President of Corporate Training. Prior to joining Right, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for the largest mutual savings bank in Connecticut. He was credited with establishing the first Sales and Customer Service training program and also served as a professor at the Connecticut Banking Institute, lecturing in Management, Training and Leadership.

Education and Training

Tim earned his Bachelor’s degree in Education from Southern Connecticut State University. He holds several certifications in numerous assessments and has been invited as a guest speaker at the Center for Creative Leadership.
