Sue Hart

SVP, Account Director & Client Services

Sue Hart is a Senior Vice President of Client Services at Right Management’s Florida/Caribbean Region, with over 20 years of experience in corporate HR management and marketing. She is responsible for client relations and business development in Central and North Florida, working closely with clients to deliver tailored outplacement and organizational development solutions. Sue focuses on building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional service. Before joining Right Management, she held key roles at Barnett Bank, USA Today/Gannett, and Arvida Real Estate. Sue holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Business Marketing from Muskingum College and is active in several professional organizations, including SHRM and ASTD.

Sue Hart is a Senior Vice President – Client Services with Right Management’s Florida/Caribbean Region.

She is an experienced Client Services professional, directly responsible for client relations and business development for Right Management’s Central and North Florida regions. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate Human Resources management and Marketing, Sue works collaboratively with our clients in defining and delivering outplacement and organizational development solutions to advance their business goals. She focuses on building lasting partnerships through attention to her client’s unique needs and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

Prior to joining Right Management, Sue held several positions with Barnett Bank, USA Today/Gannett, and Arvida Real Estate Development Co. Her areas of expertise include; organization design, key executive staffing, incentive design, performance management and policy development. Sue’s prior role as a Professional Services Consultant, gives her an introspective view of Right’s suite of services, having guided our individual clients through comprehensive consulting, career transition and career development initiatives. She has analyzed clients’ assessments to assist them in creating successful career management strategies and has also served our corporate clients in developing people solutions for their organizations; assisting them in enhancing organizational performance, and developing effective executive leadership. In addition, she has provided guidance to managers in the areas of employee relations, performance management and organizational design.

Sue graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Business Marketing from Muskingum College. She is actively involved in the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce Talent Acquisition Network, is a member of the Jacksonville Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development.
