Prior to joining Right Management, she held leadership roles at Voya Financial, managing technical teams and overseeing a $4B pension payroll business. Stacey holds a BS in Economics, an MDIV, and multiple coaching certifications.

Prior to joining Right Management, Stacey held leadership roles at Voya Financial. As a Shared Services Operations Director, Stacey led multiple technical and specialist teams and maintained oversight of a $4B pension payroll business. Throughout her career, Stacey developed leaders, turned around troubled teams, and confidently guided employees through business transformations. Stacey is an author and a faith-based coach and speaker.
