Angie Brainard is Executive Vice President with Right Management’s Florida/Caribbean Region and serves as the region’s Practice Lead for Talent Management.
Consulting Experience
Angie consults with leaders of all levels to develop and optimize effectiveness of the individual, team, and organization. Her engagements have focused on organization design, team structures and effectiveness, leading change and transitions, identifying and developing high potential talent and teams, talent assessment and succession management, and senior leadership team and strategy alignment. Angie has a reputation as a trusted advisor and coach, challenges thinking, and is enthusiastic about helping others discover and define the best version of themselves.

Angie’s clients are in both the public and private sectors, and represent hospitality, retail, restaurant, cruise, manufacturing, construction, chemical, energy, utilities, forestry, technology, aerospace, healthcare, financial services, insurance, and non-profit.
Business/Organizational Leadership Experience
Prior to joining Right Management, Angie has held leadership positions in a variety of HR and Operations roles throughout her career in mid-sized to Fortune 500 companies; notably in the Division Parks Operations at Walt Disney World. In addition, she served as an advisor with Disney’s Organizational Development team on complex interventions. Angie led the Southeast and Mid- Atlantic Regions Training function for NationsRent, a national construction equipment rental company and was in Organization Development with AutoNation.
Education and Training
Angie holds a B.A. in communications from the University of Iowa. She currently holds designation as a Senior Professional in HR from the HR Certification Institute, the SHRM Senior Certified Professional credential, is a certified coach (CPC) with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and is a member of SHRM, HRABC, and ATD. She is a podcaster, frequent featured keynote speaker and panelist for several leadership and networking organizations.
Certifications
Angie is certified in the use of several assessment and survey tools, including Hogan Assessments, Birkman Instrument, Emergenetics, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, is an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and has depth of experience with MBTI, DiSC, CPI260, and Change Style Indicator. She is also a solutions implementation expert with ThinkWise 360, and Leadership Navigator.
