Leslie Gray brings Right Management’s clients and career candidates more than three decades of Fortune 500 experience as a highly effective executive, coach, mentor and trainer in the human capital management field. Drawing on her diverse international business background and her passion for unlocking human potential, she partners with and guides candidates through the challenges of transitioning to new opportunities. Known for her inspirational, positive approach to helping people navigate change, Leslie works one-on-one and in workshop settings as a proven resource for building candidates’ confidence and refining skills needed to advance their careers. 

Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

Prior to joining Right Management, Leslie was a Senior Resource Manager in Major Account Services for Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP). For that worldwide corporation she held a pivotal role liaising between Sales, Finance and Implementation reviewing, validating and assigning $90M in Sales Orders per year. Leslie managed a team that spanned five locations, overseeing recruitment, training, and mentoring while maximizing productivity through process improvement and lowering costs. With a strong record for motivating teams while achieving corporate metrics, she strengthened relationships between cross-functional departments to increase revenue growth and support client retention. Earlier in her tenure she was a Senior Accountant, managing regional operating performance through forecasting, budgeting and analysis. Prior to ADP, she held management positions with Generale de Service Informatique (GSI) in Florida and England, and the Milk Marketing Board (MMB) of England and Wales.

Leslie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Accounting from Stirling University in Scotland.
