She has also contributed to innovative solutions for veteran career transitions and is active in several professional HR organizations.

As a creative, consultative resource, she brings businesses proven strategies to assess, engage and retain high-performing people, develop leadership bench strength, enhance organizational effectiveness and provide career transition as needs evolve. Her workforce insights help clients cope with the pressures of demographic shifts, productivity demands and fast-changing global business requirements. She excels at designing solutions for complex workforce challenges in fields including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, hospitality and entertainment.

Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

Before joining Right Management, Tara was a senior-level business development executive and consultant for globally active human resources consulting and outplacement firms, primarily serving Fortune 500 clients with operations in the Orlando / Jacksonville / Tampa markets. Partnering with leading corporate clients to build workforce readiness, she developed customized performance and outplacement solutions encompassing executive coaching, career development and succession planning. As a consultant, she was recognized for her responsive, results-driven approach. She also played a key role in producing the industry’s first career needs analysis to help disabled veterans transition from the military into the private sector.

Education and Training

Tara is an advisory board member of the Human Resources People and Strategy Association’s Florida affiliate, and is active in the Society for Human Resource Management and the Jacksonville Executive Women’s Forum.
