May I meet with a consultant without any obligation?
Absolutely. We would be delighted to give you an introduction to our program, a tour of our facilities and discuss the options your company has made available to you.
Will my confidentiality be protected?
Yes. Our firm is a professional career management firm. Your sensitive personal and career affairs are treated in strict confidence. Reports to your sponsoring company are made only to management directly concerned and will be confined to your general progress.
What if I’d like to consider switching fields?
Now is your chance! But first, be sure you are moving toward something you like better than your current career track. Our consultants will help you conduct the appropriate research and develop strategies to gain credibility in a new area.
Do you ever fail in your re-employment assistance?
We never fail to provide good assistance this is our mission and our sincere commitment. No one ever fails to get re-employed if he or she is committed to doing so and makes and sustains the effort. Our relationship with you is a partnership in which both sides are responsible for a positive outcome.
Will it hurt me in my job search that I am not currently working?
You may have some disadvantages but you may also have some advantages. Although recruiters sometimes give preference to a candidate in a current position, you have the advantage of available time to conduct research, gain introductions, write letters and prepare for presentations. You will likely generate more opportunities than you ever imagined.
What should I tell people who offer to help me?
Tell them that you appreciate their interest and look forward to a discussion with them but for the moment, you are taking some time to further investigate some options. You can arrange to meet with them in a couple of weeks after you’ve explored your opportunities.
Will your program benefit me if I’ve been through outplacement before?
Absolutely. The job market is very different today than it was only two years ago. We make sure you have the latest techniques and information at your fingertips.
