Vanessa draws on over 22 years of experience with Right Management. Vanessa has diverse human resources experiences to assist executive level and other individuals and organizations in managing change. She delivers career management counsel for candidates, providing coaching in interviewing, negotiating, networking and self-marketing techniques. As a resource for career transition, Vanessa has particular expertise in identifying candidates’ strengths and competencies through formal assessment and constructive analysis, which she applies to create fully customized career management strategies. She is skilled in the delivery of Right Management’s proprietary blended learning practices, a reinvention of traditional career management services. Vanessa is influential in helping executive candidates understand personal how to market their personal brand and has the ability to adapt services to meet the unique needs of candidates, particularly in the senior levels.

Throughout her career and prior to joining Right Management, Vanessa has created innovative solutions in the areas of employee relations & performance management, particularly for companies in the hotel industry. She has experience in multiple and diverse industries including manufacturing, finance, technology, medical, engineering, consumer goods, retail, sales, banking, marketing, human resources, and legal.

Education and Training

Vanessa earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a major in Public Relations from the University of Puerto Rico. Vanessa has professional affiliations to the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), as well as the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
