Alan Griffin is Vice President – Consulting Services – with Right Management’s Florida/Caribbean Region. Alan currently serves as Practice Lead for Assessments and is certified and serves as subject matter expert for some of the world’s leading talent management toolkits and solutions.

Possessing a passion for geographical diversity, international cultures and conducting business consulting with a global reach, Alan brings a multicultural background to his consultancy, is bilingual in Spanish and English and fluent in German.

Alan possesses a wealth of domestic and international human capital consulting expertise in the areas of performance management, succession planning, talent assessment and management audit, C-level and board selection, competency modeling and strategic alignment, team building and executive coaching.

Prior to joining Right, Alan founded the Florida affiliate of Boyden, the world’s oldest retained executive search firm. His consulting background includes a position as Managing Partner with von Rundstedt in Berlin, Germany, following an international career with Fortune 500 US multinational corporations Allergan, Inc. and W.R. Grace & Co.
