As a noted career coach and executive with over 15 years of corporate leadership experience, Lee Silverstein brings expert guidance that inspires, energizes and facilitates the career management process. Business/Organizational Leadership Experience
Prior to joining Right Management, he served as campus director of career services for Sanford-Brown College in Tampa.
In that role, he led design of the college’s new Career Services Development program. He designed and has delivered “Leveraging Social Media for Career Success” workshops at more than 50 campuses nationwide. Previously, he founded and headed Tampa Bay Job Coach.com, training clients in building compelling resumes, networking, interviewing and effectively using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for successful career transition. Earlier in his career, Lee was a vice president with Macy’s, where he served as manager for stores in Central Florida and the Tampa Bay areas. As a retail executive, he built teams that earned multiple awards for sales, profitability and customer service achievements on a regional and national basis. A widely recognized expert on career and job search strategies, he authored the book 10 Steps to Getting Discovered on LinkedIn and has been quoted by media including Reuters on leveraging social media to enhance careers. Active in the Tampa Bay area community, he is currently a shift volunteer with Ronald McDonald House Charities and has served on the board of directors of the Brandon Foundation.
