Leslie Gray brings Right Management’s clients and career candidates more than three decades of Fortune 500 experience as a highly effective executive, coach, mentor and trainer in the human capital management field. Drawing on her diverse international business background and her passion for unlocking human potential, she partners with and guides candidates through the challenges of transitioning to new jobs or careers. Known for her inspirational, positive approach to helping people navigate change, Leslie works one-on-one and in workshop settings as a proven resource for building candidates’ confidence and refining skills needed to advance their careers.
Business/Organizational Leadership Experience
Prior to joining Right Management, Leslie-Anne was a Senior Resource Manager in major account services for Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP). For that worldwide corporation, she managed a team that spanned five locations, overseeing recruitment, training and mentoring while increasing productivity and lowering costs. With a strong track record for motivating teams while achieving corporate metrics, she strengthened relationships among sales, finance and operational departments to increase revenue growth and support client retention. Earlier in her more than 30 years with the corporation, she was a senior accountant responsible for forecasting and analyzing regional operating performance. Previously, she held management positions with Generale de Service Informatique (GSI) in Florida and England.

Leslie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Accounting from Stirling University in Scotland.
